Welcome to one of the most popular and successful clubs in the university boasting over 240 members, the award of being Runner-Up for Club of the Year in 2006 and the success of our Dancesport (competitions) team being ranked 6th in the UK (2006)
Our sport is truely unique in the way that men and women are not only taking part on a perfectly equal playing field but that this really is a mixed activity! Not only that but we truely believe that anyone can dance and we mean anyone!
Latin & Ballroom dancing is a University Tradition - an opportunity for ALL students to learn a fantastic skill and sport that cannot be missed.
Whether you have never danced before in your life (99% of our members haven't!) and maybe never even thought about it, whether you don't do any other sports at all or whether you are an advanced latin and ballroom dancer and have been dancing since you can remember, whether you think you have 2 left feet or whether you just want to try something different fun and interesting - whatever your ability or background, we have the class for you and we are the club for you!
