Viennese Waltz

elegant and beautiful the Viennese Waltz is the classic waltz style seen in many movies and even Disney cartoons! As the name suggests it is linked to Vienna where the Aristocracy danced the Viennese Waltz to music by Strauss and other classical composers.

Cha Cha

an exciting, syncopated Latin dance which originated in the 1950's as a slowed-down Mambo. The Cha Cha gets its name and character from its distinct repetitive foot rhythm and is now usually danced to popular chart music.

Samba

a rhythmical Brazilian Latin dance depicting the Carnival at Rio that has been adapted for today's dancing. Samba is noted for it's distinct style of movement, which incorporates both Latin hip action and the signature "Samba Bounce".

Rumba

Paso Doble

Jive

a hugely popular, fast and exhilarating Latin dance originating in the 50's from the American GI's. Often danced to Rock'n'Roll music made popular by Bill Haley although now danced mainly to today's modern Jive music.classical composers.
